Refund policy
At minimae, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need an exchange, we offer the following straightforward policy:
Exchanges Only
- We do not accept returns for refunds, but we are happy to offer exchanges if the items are delivered broken(unboxing video neccessary).
- Exchanges can be made 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
How to Exchange
- To exchange your item, please ship it to our store.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange and send out your new item.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect. In this case, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full exchange.
